So, Back in late September, I signed up with Comwave for internet & phone service. There were problems right from the start. I signed up for an internet30 plan, which, of course, means 30 MBPS speed. I later found out, through www.speedtest.net that I was getting less than 15 MBPS speed. I tried to stick with Comwave & work through the issue, but to no avail. So, in mid-November I cancelled the service & went through Shaw. Now, I've been hit with a $200 early cancellation fee! At no time did anyone tell me anything about any early cancellation fee. The lesson, boys & girls, is don't be impressed by flashy commercials promising you great things for a low price. And think twice before you decide to choose Comwave as your internet provider. BTW, I'm still using their phone service as that is decent. Comments?
