For example, I just happened to go to the Telus website to check my balance; found out I had a bill due on Apr 9th. Ordinarily, that bill would've come to me about mid-March, giving me ample time. I checked my inbox; no Telus bill arrived in March. It makes me wonder, was this an oversight or is Telus trying to fish late charges out of me (and possibly others)?
So, over 3 years ago, I changed my billing preference to an e-bill, since I was being charged $2 for a paper bill. Whatever, fine. However, it has come to my attention that I don't always get the e-bill on time. For example, I just happened to go to the Telus website to check my balance; found out I had a bill due on Apr 9th. Ordinarily, that bill would've come to me about mid-March, giving me ample time. I checked my inbox; no Telus bill arrived in March.
